I was born and raised in Kamloops and have been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2018.
I aim to help clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and support their overall physical wellbeing.
Every session is tailored to support your body’s function and recovery, whether you are managing an ongoing condition, recovering from an injury, or maintaining your health as part of a proactive care plan.

My treatments include a mix of moderate to deep pressure and techniques like Swedish, Myofascial Release, and IASTM. I’ve also taken additional training in chronic pain management and like to keep up with new research so I can bring the most helpful tools to my clients.
I work best with people who want to understand their bodies, feel better in their day-to-day lives, and are ready to make their health a priority.

A warm bubbly foot soak infused with essential oils (optional) will start the session to cleanse the feet and help the circulation. Lay down to receive relaxing massage techniques to awaken the feet and legs. Massage oil or balm will then be applied for your session. Reflexology is intended to stimulate pressure points on the feet to help send new information to the organs and glands within the body. This type of massage can help with detoxing the body, clear stagnant energy and help the function of the feet and entire body. The treatment will end with hot towels.

A guided, in-person couples back massage experience designed for partners who want to slow down and spend intentional time together. This session is ideal for couples looking to enhance their connection and build confidence with touch in a relaxed, supportive setting, with no prior massage experience needed. You’ll learn simple, effective techniques focused on the back, including pressure, pace, and flow. The experience encourages connection while giving you practical skills you can continue using at home.
