Amal is a registered physiotherapist with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo. She has a diverse clinical background and enjoys working with patients across all ages, with a particular interest in pediatric care and orthopedics rehabilitation.
Amal’s approach to treatment is rooted in evidence-based practice and a holistic philosophy. She blends therapeutic exercise, hands-on manual therapy, education, and play-based care to create a supportive and engaging environment for her clients. She believes in empowering individuals and families with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive—whether that means helping a baby meet developmental milestones or supporting someone’s recovery after injury.
She is certified in Level 1 Pelvic Health and Biomedical Dry Needling, allowing her to support clients with a wide range of needs, including those with pelvic health concerns, orthopaedics and sports injuries. Amal is passionate about creating individualized treatment plans that align with each patient’s goals, lifestyle, and comfort.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find Amal exploring Alberta’s trails, discovering local gems around the city, enjoying ice cream, or jumping into any sport she can. She looks forward to supporting you and your family in your rehabilitation journey.
