Amanda graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2022. She has experience working with a wide range of conditions and pathologies. Whether it be therapeutic or relaxation, Amanda will help you develop a treatment plan based on your goals and needs. Amanda holds space for each individual to relax and ease their mind and body into a calm state. Her treatment style is deep tissue focused with the use of trigger point release, myofascial release, GTO release, general Swedish massage, active and passive modalities. Outside of the clinic, Amanda enjoys practicing yoga, paddleboarding, reading and exploring Vancouver Island.
