Amanda’s deep interest in movement and recovery inspired her early work as a personal trainer and fitness instructor with the YMCA. She later expanded her clinical expertise by graduating with Honours from Everest College’s Massage Therapy program. To better serve her clients, she has completed additional certifications in:

Amanda takes a personalized, client-focused approach to care. She works closely with individuals of all ages and backgrounds—whether managing chronic pain, recovering from injury, or simply seeking stress relief. Her treatments are guided by open communication, continual feedback, and a commitment to helping clients feel their best.

Outside of her practice, Amanda is a devoted mom to three active kids. She stays busy coaching their sports teams, cheering them on from the sidelines, and staying involved in their activities—while also making time for her own health, fitness, and personal growth.
