I am passionate about working with: The Gottman Method Couples Therapy, EMDR, Trauma, Anxiety and Depression, Families, Children / Teens (ages 10 – 17) and Discernment. I offer counselling in English, Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu.
I’ve been doing this work for over 14 years, and what I’ve learned is that most people crave a space to be honest about what’s really going on. My approach is personalized, practical, and never cookie-cutter; I use tools that actually fit your life. Therapy doesn’t make the chaos disappear, but it can make it feel more manageable and less overwhelming. Together, we focus on understanding what you’ve been carrying and building strategies that genuinely help. My goal is for you to leave sessions with more clarity, support, and room to breathe. Outside of work, I’m a regular human who loves baking, binge-watching comfort shows, organizing for fun, and attempting gardening. I care deeply about real connection, honest conversations, and showing up—especially when life is messy.

Join us for a 6-week therapist-led support group where you can process your grief in a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment. You’ll be guided through weekly themes that help you move gently through the waves of loss, while connecting with others who get it.
