###FCAMPT Physiotherapist *Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT), Certified in Concussion Management, Certified in Advanced Vestibular Rehabilitation* I have a Master of Physical Therapy, Master of Physiology and Pharmacology, and an Honors Bachelor of Medical Science from Western University. I also hold an Advanced Manual and Manipulative Physical Therapy Diploma, and I am CAMPT-certified (the highest level of manual skills and knowledge in orthopaedic physiotherapy). I care deeply about providing compassionate, client-centred care that looks at the whole person, not just the injury. When we work together, my first step is to listen and understand your story. From there, I do a thorough assessment to uncover not only the main cause of your symptoms, but also any hidden factors that may be contributing. My treatment style is hands-on and tailored, often blending advanced manual and manipulative therapy, dry needling, acupuncture, and therapeutic modalities. I pair this with a customised targeted exercise program designed to support recovery, restore confidence in movement, and prevent future setbacks. I treat a wide range of spinal and peripheral orthopaedic conditions. I have special interests in concussion care, vestibular dysfunction rehabilitation, as well as post-surgical rehabilitation, and sports-related injuries. My comprehensive post-graduate training in concussion and vestibular rehab allows me to help patients through even the most complex cases, whether symptoms are new or long-lasting. As a dance instructor, choreographer, and dance professional myself, I have a keen interest supporting the performing artists. I love working with dancers, gymnasts, and others, because I understand firsthand the physical and emotional demands of their craft. I’m committed to lifelong learning so I can bring my patients the very best care. Each year I continue with post-graduate education, and I also mentor physiotherapists in manual therapy, clinical reasoning, and complex case management as part of the Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal program. Beyond the clinic, I serve as President of the Kitchener-Waterloo District of the Ontario Physiotherapy Association, where I advocate for both patients and the profession. Outside of work, I find joy in dance, whether teaching, choreographing, or learning new styles myself. I’m also studying American Sign Language, and I treasure time spent with family and friends. These passions keep me grounded, energized, and ready to bring my best self into every patient interaction.
