Navigating anxiety, self-confidence struggles, or complex relationships can feel incredibly lonely. I walk alongside emerging adults, perfectionists, and Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) to help you find your footing. By blending emotionally focused, attachment-based therapy with Brainspotting, we can gently process old patterns and regulate your emotions. Together, we’ll work to build the secure, fulfilling connections you deserve.
###Availability
Anastasia offers in-person sessions all day Monday and Wednesday, Tuesday mornings and the occasional Saturday.
Her virtual availability is more flexible.
###Cost
Anastasia charges $165/hr for individual sessions and $185/hr for couples sessions. She is accepting new clients.
