Andee works from a person-centered approach, meaning each counselling session is focused on what her client would like to talk about. She provides hands on strategies to help clients navigate day to day distress and supports them to develop skills to meet their goals. She works with people on a variety of challenges, including mental health, addiction, grief and loss, relationships, anger management, stress, parenting, trauma, and transition planning. Andee specializes in working with clients struggling with food addiction, emotional eating, disordered eating, and eating disorders. She works with individuals, couples, and families.

Andee has over 15 years of counselling experience. She offers psychotherapy using a variety of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). All services are trauma informed, solution focused, and strength based.
Andee is Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) and is a member of the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals working towards certification as an eating disorders specialist. She has a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.
Andee is a registered provider on the First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) Mental Health Provider list.
