I am a Registered Psychologist with a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology. I feel grateful to have worked with youth and young adults across diverse cultures and developmental stages. From this, I have found that my ultimate goal is to provide compassionate support to clients while encouraging you to view yourself with greater acceptance and self-confidence. I recognize that our teenage years come with unique experiences that shape who we are. Therefore, I enjoy working with youth and young adults in helping them explore their identity, build self-esteem, manage emotions, and foster healthy relationships and a positive body image. I am also passionate about working with all types of anxiety symptoms, whether it is tied to stress, perfectionism, social skills, life transitions or ADHD symptoms. In my values, I believe each person has a unique and valuable story to tell, and my role is to empower you to discover those strengths. I acknowledge that exploring these topics can be a vulnerable experience. Thus, I prioritize developing an accepting, warm and friendly space to work together at a pace that feels right for you. In doing so, I use multiple evidence-based therapies that I personalize to your unique goals. Some of these approaches include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Narrative Therapy.
