Angela Macdonald-Belanger
About Angela
Their own wordsHello, My name is Angela and I am a registered provisional psychologist at Wholesome Psychology. I believe that when people feel heard, supported, and have access to the right tools, they can live a healthy and fulfilling life. Sometimes we need help to learn how to do this, and this is where I hope to support my clients. I have much experience working with diverse populations from all walks of life and have dedicated much of my life to serving vulnerable folks in non-profit, mental health and domestic violence services, as well as the public education system. I utilize a person-centred approach when working with clients, focusing on the relationships that people have with themselves and others, and the ways we relate to the complex environments we live in. I believe that all individuals are unique and, as a therapist, use compassion, curiosity, humour, and a variety of therapeutic techniques to facilitate healing.
