SaveAfter nearly a decade working as a Personal & Group Fitness Instructor, while having studied Athletic Therapy, Yoga and most recently Massage Therapy, Ani has found a home here with the Family Legacy Chiropractic team. Having graduated from a 3000hr Registered Massage Therapist program in Calgary, Ani approaches every individual patient with the understanding that no two lives have been lived the same way, and so every treatment must be suited to the individual's personal circumstance.

Ani will do everything in this scope of practice to help determine and alleviate the root cause of any nagging aches & pains. Treatments will focus on helping create a lifestyle that makes you feel stronger and safer in your own body. Specializations include deep tissue, myofascial release and correcting basic movement pattern dysfunction; along with the options of cupping, Swedish relaxation, trigger point release, ART, lymphatic drainage, post operation rehab, scar tissue breakdown as well as specialized prenatal, youth or elderly massages.
