Anita has had a lifelong love for movement and has turned that passion into a career in health and wellness. Starting with ballet at a young age, she went on to become a Certified Yoga Practitioner and now a Registered Massage Therapist. Her special interests in the cervical spine, abdominal work, and pre and post-natal treatments demonstrate her commitment to helping others achieve their optimal health and wellbeing. It's wonderful that Anita is able to give back to her community and raise her family in a place that has been so influential in shaping her passions and career.
