Cupping Therapy
“Cupping therapy is a technique used in Traditional Chinese Medicine that involves placing cups on the skin to create suction. It increases blood flow and promotes muscle recovery by reducing inflammation, improving range of motion, breaking down fascial adhesions and releasing tension in the muscles. The cups can be left in place or moved around the skin, and may leave circular marks that typically fade within a few days. Please note: This is NOT registered massage therapy or acupuncture.”Return Client: Tissue ReleaseFollow-up
“Please book this appointment if you are a returning client! Tissue Release is a dynamic form of manual therapy.
