By blending various therapeutic modalities with insights from neuroscience we can address challenging thought patterns, behaviours, emotions, trauma, and any ingrained patterns that may be hindering your progress in life. Backed by a PhD in neuroscience and a graduate degree in counselling I use techniques such as cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), trauma resolution through EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and couples therapy developed by Dr. Gottman to offer holistic support tailored to your unique needs. My approach is centred around you and your goals, with cultural sensitivity, and trauma awareness. I am also trained in psychedelic-assisted therapy and offer preparation sessions. Having resided in Canada for two decades and being fluent in both Finnish and English, with additional proficiency in Swedish and German, I am equipped to offer a multicultural perspective to counselling if needed.
