I’ve always been fascinated by the body’s natural healing ability, and I find fulfilment in supporting that process through compassionate, therapeutic care. Outside of the clinic, you’ll often find me enjoying the outdoors, spending quality time with my family, or diving into a new hobby that catches my attention.

60 minute personalized therapeutic massage, including trigger point therapy, myofascial release and lymphatic drainage as needed.
90 minute personalized therapeutic massage, including trigger point therapy, myofascial release and lymphatic drainage as needed.
Apprentice treatments offer clients an accessible way to receive therapeutic care while supporting the next generation of massage therapists in their hands-on clinical training. These treatments are offered at a reduced rate as they are performed by students working under professional supervision and are not eligible for insurance reimbursement. During your session, the student’s supervisor may observe or be present for a portion of the treatment to support learning, ensure client safety, and monitor competency of techniques.

A Couples Massage is a shared wellness experience where two people receive massage treatments side-by-side in the same room from two therapists. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, enjoying a date night, reconnecting with your partner, or simply spending quality time together, this treatment offers a peaceful opportunity to relax and restore in each other's presence. Your therapists will customize each massage to your individual needs, whether you prefer therapeutic, relaxation, deep tissue, or a combination of techniques. The experience encourages relaxation, stress relief, and meaningful connection while supporting overall physical and emotional well-being. Perfect for couples, spouses, best friends, mothers and daughters, siblings, or anyone wishing to share a nurturing self-care experience together.

This specialized treatment is designed to release facial and jaw tension, support lymphatic drainage, improve circulation, and promote a naturally sculpted, radiant appearance.
Fertility massage is a blend of massage, uterine & organ positioning, reflexology, shiatsu and working with meridians to assist with conception and is a treatment that both partners can have done. It also reviews and addresses other concerns that could be creating blocks for a successful pregnancy with complimentary therapies suggested. The session will consist of approximately 30-45 mins of intake followed by 45-60 mins of massage.
Manual osteopathy is a hands on therapy that focuses on the body as a whole. Addressing the root cause of pain, imbalance, injury, or illness is key in osteopathy and therefor a thorough assessment and treatment will be preformed. A variety of techniques may be used such as osteoarticular techniques, visceral manipulation, craniosacral therapy, myofascial remodeling, and lymphatic drainage.
