Haina Yu was born into a Chinese medicine family and received traditional Chinese medicine education and training since childhood. Later, she graduated with a Master's degree from Shandong University in China and helped the family's clinic. Further in her career, Haina owned her own commercial company and successfully operated it for over ten years in China.

Haina recently completed a 4-year Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Advance course at The Toronto School of Traditional Chinese Medicine to become a Registered Chinese Medicine practitioner and prepare for passing Dr.TCMP in BC.
Haina has been committed to exercising traditional Chinese medicine treatment to help clients relieve pain and restore balance in the body. Haina attaches great importance to the concept that the human body is an organic complex and regulates the whole body, and uses Acupuncture, Herbal medicine, TuiNa, Cupping, Moxibustion, QiGong, and diet to adjust the adjustment of living habits as needed.

Traditional Chinese medicine is based on three different healing modalities, Acupuncture, Tuina Massage, and Herbal Remedies. Often treatments may also include: Moxibustion, Cupping/Scraping, and Chinese Nutrition. This is a follow up appointment of up to 60 minutes. (Does not include herbal medicine remedies)
Traditional Chinese medicine aims to restore the body's balance and harmony between the natural opposing forces of yin and yang, which can block qi (vital energy) and cause disease. The path of disharmony (sickness) to harmony (health), is created by reestablishing the body’s natural energy. Follow Up 45 minutes- may include cupping, gua sha, tuina (may not include acupuncture, however, must have initial assessment and treatment prior to booking this appointment. Does not included herbal medicine remedies.
