It was while completing a bachelor's degree in biomedical sciences that she developed a real interest in the functioning of the human body. Working with a diverse clientele of all ages, she knows how to personalize her treatments and approach. Her practice includes manual therapy, using mobilizations, soft tissue release, myofascial release and massage. Therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation, taping and exercise prescription are also part of her tools to meet the needs of her clients.
Guiding her clients to adopt healthy lifestyle habits is at the heart of her practice. A dedicated professional, she always seeks to deepen her knowledge in order to provide the best possible treatment and allow everyone to quickly return to their activities.

Athletic Therapy - InBody EvaluationNew patient
“A body composition assessment is an extremely powerful tool that adds weight to fitness assessment. With InBody technology, the test uses bioelectrical impedance, and the accuracy of the results is astounding. Comfortable and extremely safe, the InBody 570 is approved by Health Canada and typically takes less than a minute to measure.
Here's a brief list of results obtained during the test:
- Total weight
- Total water mass
- Total lean mass and body fat
- Body fat %
- Lean mass and segmental fat
- Basal metabolic rate
- Visceral fat level (associated with cardiovascular disease risk)
... And more!”Athletic Therapy - consultationNew patient

- their athletic performance;
- their functional daily activities;
- an active lifestyle.
