Annie takes a personalized approach, adapting treatment to address each client’s unique needs and concerns. Her work is rooted in trauma-informed and client-centred practice, drawing from Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-based interventions. She also has formal training in Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
