I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor who was born and raised in Vancouver and hold a Master’s Degree in Counselling. I have over a decade of experience supporting individuals and couples in a variety of settings, including nonprofit organizations, private practice, EFAP programs, healthcare, and independent schools.
My approach is trauma-informed and collaborative. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), the Gottman Method for couples, and Family Systems Therapy.
I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship and family challenges, parenting stress, self-esteem concerns, anger management, and communication difficulties. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients can build on their strengths, develop practical tools, and move toward meaningful change and greater well-being.
