About Anouk
Their own wordsI was first introduced to osteopathy when my mother booked an appointment for me when I was a teenager back in Quebec. I was amazed how quickly the therapist found the main areas of restriction on my body and this, with the lightest touch. Osteopathy really intrigued me. Having performed as a snowboard athlete and worked as a snowboard coach for many years, I had multiple injuries and concussions, which I found improved the most when addressed with the holistic approach of osteopathy. My own healing adventure left me with a deep sense of body awareness that prepared me for the work of an osteopathic practitioner. Since then, I have graduated from the Canadian School of Osteopathy in 2016 and continued my journey, this time as the therapist. I have since founded and worked at Revelstoke Osteopathy & Wellness in Revelstoke were I was privileged to help people from various background and especially, but not restricted to, expecting mothers, babies and children. I am passionate about helping people from all ages achieving and expressing their body's outmost potential, which in turn increases their quality of life and the ones of others around them.
