Anup Dhaliwal received her Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. She continued her education at Bond University in Australia, where she graduated with a Doctorate of Physiotherapy. She uses an evidence-based approach to create rehabilitation programs to help patients achieve their goals and perform pain-free movements. Her treatments consist of manual therapy, IMS/dry needling, hands-on techniques, and therapeutic exercises. She has many years of experience and completed her placements in pre and post rehabilitation with post orthopedic surgery, women’s health and pelvic floor, in-clinic training, athletic taping, and general musculoskeletal injuries. She enjoys treating patients with lower back pain, ankle and knee injuries, neck and shoulder pain, vertigo, along with sports injuries. Anup has always been involved in sports including basketball and rugby. She continues her passion for exercise and sports with playing competitive basketball, going to the gym, and bhangra.
