AjouterAram graduated from the Doctor of Chinese Medicine Program at the Academy of Classical Oriental Sciences in Nelson, BC. There he learned the importance of considering both Eastern and Western thought when approaching health and wellness, and developed a patient-focused compassionate approach to health and healing, focusing on prevention of illness and maintenance of health.
He uses acupuncture, herbs,
Chinese massage, cupping and Chinese heat therapy (moxibustion) to treat conditions such as chronic and acute pain, mental health concerns, insomnia, headaches, digestive issues, allergies, pregnancy and reproductive health, hormonal support, and seasonal immune boosting to prevent colds and help during flu season. In addition, he uses a needle-less modern neurological muscular assessment that is rooted in Chinese medicine meridians to enhance sport performance and prevent chronic pain from muscular compensation.

Acupuncture Long Tx (60 min) This is the longest appointment, used for complex or multiple issues, or if more time is required. This will often be a good follow-up to the initial treatment, unless otherwise recommended. 1 hr.
Acupuncture Regular Tx (45 min) This is the normal follow-up to acupuncture and NKT appointments.
Acupuncture Short Tx (30 min) This is a shorter, focused treatment for one issue or as a follow-up to existing appointments. It is not recommended that you select this appointment as a follow-up to the initial appointment.
For new patients only. This is the 1-1/5 hour initial consultation, diagnosis and treatment using various Chinese Medicine therapies, including acupuncture, herbal medicines, tui na massage and supplemental Chinese Medicine therapies, as well as physical assessment using Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT). New patients MUST select this treatment.
