About Arshein
Their own wordsTherapy for me has always been about creating a space to slow down, look inwards and reconnect with your own wisdom and resilience. I aim to help you understand your internal and external world and how it influences the way you experience and respond to situations currently.
I work with individuals who are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, loneliness, relationship concerns and addiction. My approach is integrative, holistic, strengths-based, culturally considerate and rooted in deep compassion where we explore your life stories with a lot of care and sensitivity.
As a South Asian immigrant and newcomer, I understand the unique challenges and barriers that the community faces in navigating unfamiliar systems. My lived experience with managing acculturative stress – feeling caught between cultures, balancing shifting identities and redefining what belonging means (in personal, professional and community contexts) informs my work and approach. I hope to support you in building a multicultural identity that feels true and authentic to who you are.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns or struggling to understand your emotions, I’m here to assist you in finding clarity, rediscover hope and develop practical strategies that help you move forward in a way that feels right for you.
My goal is to aid you in feeling more present in your life, moving through it with intention and making choices that reflect the values that matter most to you. This journey is one of learning, unlearning and relearning and I’ll be with you every step of the way, offering gentle guidance and unwavering support.
