About Ashley
Ashley is a Registered Massage Therapist with a passion for health, wellness, and understanding how the human body functions. With previous experience working in healthcare as an Occupational Therapy Assistant, she brings a compassionate, client-centered approach and a solid foundation in movement and rehabilitation to her massage therapy practice.
Ashley treats with a therapeutic approach blended with relaxation techniques, and she incorporates Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) to further assess and precisely target specific areas of the body. Her goal is to provide thoughtful, effective, and individualized care that supports each client’s unique needs.
Having personally experienced the positive impact of massage therapy, Ashley is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can experience both physical relief and improved overall well-being.
Outside the clinic, Ashley enjoys spending time outdoors and practicing yoga.
