Ashley Hebner
About Ashley
Their own wordsHi! My name is Ashley and I am a registered provisional psychologist. My clinical work is rooted in a trauma-informed, relational, and integrative approach. I work with adults, couples, and adolescents (16+), supporting individuals navigating complex trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, attachment wounds, self-esteem and identity concerns, men’s mental health, and higher-needs or personality-related presentations. I also have experience supporting individuals affected by abuse, violence, and suicide-related experiences.
I draw from attachment-focused, somatic-informed, and mind–body principles, and integrate techniques from modalities such as CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness-based therapies, narrative therapy, polyvagal and nervous-system-based approaches, and elements of Internal Family Systems and the Gottman Method. This flexible framework allows me to tailor therapy to your pace, needs, and goals, ensuring therapy feels collaborative, attuned, and responsive to where you are.
