Ashley has taken a special interest in working with women and children. She has furthered her knowledge in these areas by taking courses specific to women’s health, infant and paediatric massage, as well as massage for children with Autism and sensory differences.

Personal Reflection:
I am a Mom of two, and I prioritize my care by carving out moments of time for myself. Sometimes that looks like heading to the gym at 7 am, a standing monthly meet up with friends, walking the block with our senior dog, or it can be something as small as putting my morning coffee in a travel mug just so I can drink it warm.

This initial appointment will allow us time to discuss your surgical case history, do a thorough assessment, and still have time for hands-on treatment, home-care instructions and treatment plan. By investing in your surgical preparation and recovery, you're opening the door for faster, more streamlined healing, more flexible scar tissue and reduced likelihood of post-op complications.
