SaveAshley is a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Massage Therapist dedicated to delivering treatments that are both therapeutic and deeply restorative. She is committed to understanding each client’s unique needs and tailoring every session to support pain relief, improved mobility, and overall well-being.
A graduate of Humber Polytechnic Massage Therapy Program, Ashley has developed a strong clinical foundation that supports her thoughtful, evidence-based approach to treatment. Her treatment style incorporates Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, trigger-point release, myofascial release, and joint mobilizations. Ashley also has experience supporting prenatal clients and commonly works with conditions such as tension headaches, stress-related muscular pain, and postural dysfunction.
