Aster is a Registered Psychotherapist in the Province of Ontario (CRPO).

She is also a Certified Emotionally-Focused-Therapy (EFT) Therapist accredited by the International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT), and a Theraplay-trained therapist through the Theraplay Institute (Level One and Two Theraplay & MIM).

Moreover, Aster is a Certified Spiritual Director (CSD) through CCPC Global Inc. and offers a holistic approach of counselling that integrates emotional and spiritual wellness with faith-based resources upon request.

For more than two decades, she has dedicated herself to supporting children, families, and couples through Her initiatives have encompassed coordinating support programs for neurodivergent individuals with ADHD and ASD and their families, conducting psycho-educational workshops on various mental health topics, facilitating personal development courses grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, providing strength-based leadership training for children and adolescents, leading brain-based parenting support groups, and organizing Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) workshops for couples.

In addition to her clinical expertise, Aster has pursued specialized training in grief and trauma-informed counselling. This enables her to support clients through profound loss and emotional hardship with empathy and personalized care, fostering resilience and healing.

Driven by her passion and a holistic approach that integrates spirituality into psychotherapy, Aster is also devoted to walking alongside clients on their journey to cultivate strength, meaning, psycho-spiritual wellness, and inner healing.
