Attila has been practicing massage therapy since 1991. He has studied many approaches to manual therapy and rehabilitation including, Active Release Techniques, Muscle Energy Techniques, Myofascial Release, and many active approaches to rehabilitation, including Dynamic Neuromuscuar Stabilization from the highly respected Prague School of Rehabilitation. Attila loves helping people return to physical activities after they have been injured, as well as enhancing the abilities of athletes and non athletes who are not injured! Massage therapy is unique in that it can be used as a therapeutic modality in rehabilitation situations, but can also be applied to enhance health and wellness, athletic performance, and deep relaxation in healthy individuals.
