Autumn is a compassionate and dedicated mental health professional who supports individuals in navigating life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding. She specializes in working with concerns related to anxiety, BIPOC identity and experiences, body image, self-compassion, emotional regulation, and stress and burnout. Autumn is deeply committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and affirming space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.
Her approach to therapy is collaborative and tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. Drawing from person-centered, emotion-focused, solution-focused, and mindfulness-based practices, Autumn helps clients build practical coping strategies while also exploring the deeper emotional patterns that shape their experiences. She believes in meeting clients where they are, honouring their strengths, and supporting meaningful, sustainable growth.
Autumn’s work is grounded in empathy, cultural awareness, and a genuine respect for each person’s lived experience. She is passionate about helping clients cultivate self-compassion, strengthen emotional awareness, and develop tools to manage life’s stressors with confidence and balance. Autumn is currently welcoming new clients for in-person sessions in Cambridge and virtual sessions across Ontario and Canada.
