Ayla is a second-year Master of Physiotherapy student completing her final clinical placement before graduating. She was inspired to pursue physiotherapy after experiencing firsthand the positive impact it had on her own recovery as a high-level gymnast. The care and support she received from her physiotherapists played a significant role in her rehabilitation and overall well-being, motivating her to help others achieve their own health and movement goals.
Ayla is passionate about applying the knowledge and skills she has developed throughout her training to provide evidence-informed, patient-centred care. She is committed to helping individuals improve their function, build confidence, and enhance their overall quality of life.
During her free time, Ayla enjoys staying active through gymnastics, calisthenics, and rock climbing.
