I’m currently in my last year of the Registered Massage Therapy program at VCMT and I approach bodywork with a focus on creating a safe, inclusive, and collaborative space. Every body is different, and I believe treatments should reflect that. Together we can explore what feels most supportive for you on any given day, whether that means targeting areas of tension or simply creating space to relax and reconnect with your body. **Massage style** My treatment style blends oil and oil-less techniques. I often begin with non-oil techniques to assess and mobilize the tissue, using slow compressions, lifting, and bowing techniques before transitioning into more flowing work with oil. If you prefer, I can also provide a relaxation massage entirely with oil. My pressure generally ranges from medium to firm, guided by how your tissue responds, and I’m always happy to adjust to lighter pressure if needed. I aim to provide a calm, quiet environment where you can settle into your treatment, while always welcoming questions, feedback, or conversation if that feels helpful. My goal is for you to leave feeling more relaxed, supported, and connected to your body.
