As a recent graduate of Halifax's Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, completing the 2200-hour program, she offers a strong foundation in Swedish massage, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, and fascial release. Barbara is dedicated to providing targeted treatment for musculoskeletal concerns, guiding each individual towards a greater sense of wellness. She sees every session as a collaborative journey, tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of those she treats, easing tension, relieving pain, and reducing stress.
