I have a passion for holistic wellness, with a background in teaching yoga and I'm dedicated to helping clients achieve their health and relaxation goals through personalized massage therapy.
My training includes various modalities such as Swedish, lymphatic drainage, muscle energy techniques, myofascial release and sports massage, allowing me to tailor each session to meet individual needs. I believe in the power of touch to relieve stress, alleviate pain and enhance overall well-being.
