Ben is both a certified Osteopathic Manual Practitioner (DOMP) and a Registered Massage Therapist (in good standing with both the OAO and CMTO). In 2020 he defended his osteopathic thesis at the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Toronto on “The Effect of Global Osteopathic Treatment on Forward Head Posture as measured by Craniovertebral Angle”. Ben also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Dalhousie University, which uncovered his passion of exploring and learning the intricacies of the human body further.

Ben uses an approach that aims to efficiently and effectively address dysfunction at the root or cause of the issue, rather than just chase & relieve symptoms. He emphasizes the power of one's own breath in and out of treatment, and recognizes their ability to heal from within.

Ben believes that everything, whether in life or the body, is about balance. He is passionate about the diverse and impactful benefits of regularly practicing yoga, daily breathwork, mindfulness meditation, as well as participating in other physically demanding activities; for him, rock-climbing, and basketball. He looks forward to learning more about you and how he can help!
