AjouterBirgit has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 1988 when Massage Therapy was in its infancy in Ontario. She owned a clinic and worked full-time in Waterloo for 10 years. Since then, she has been working part-time and is currently treating two mornings a week. When she is not doing massage, you can find her on the family farm, selling strawberries on their Erie St. strawberry farm, or spending time with their kids and grandkids.

As a young girl growing up in Germany, Massage Therapy treatments became a key part of Birgit's health regime. She has been interested in natural therapies and healing ever since. Her clinical focus is on helping clients suffering from low back, spine, hip, knee, shoulder, and neck dysfunctions. She also does relaxation treatments to help alleviate muscular tension from stress.
Birgit is bilingual, speaking both German and English.

Massage Therapy aims to alleviate pain and tension by manipulating and mobilizing the muscles, joints and fascia. An hour session is often recommended for adults to ensure multiple body areas can get treated.

Therapeutic Massage Therapy aims to alleviate pain and tension in your body by manipulating muscles, joints and fascia. A 30-minute session should be booked for children or adults that only have 1-2 areas they'd like treated. Often, it is recommended to get a monthly maintenance massage, but each client's needs will be different.
Therapeutic Massage Therapy aims to alleviate pain and tension in your body by manipulating muscles, joints and fascia. A 45-minute massage is recommended for kids with more complex issues or adults who want 2-3 areas treated. Often, it is recommended to get a monthly maintenance massage, but each client's needs will be different.
Therapeutic Massage Therapy aims to alleviate pain and tension in your body by manipulating muscles, joints and fascia. A 60-minute massage is recommended for adults who have 2-4 focus areas they'd like treated. Often, it is recommended to get a monthly maintenance massage, but each client's needs will be different.
