About Brad
I am a Master’s Level Psychology Practicum Student from Yorkville University.
For over 13 years, I have worked in high responsibility and high stress roles as a paramedic and firefighter. This experience has given me a strong understanding of how stress, trauma, and life challenges can affect mental health, relationships, and overall wellbeing. It also inspired me to pursue counselling psychology and informs my thoughtful, grounded approach to therapeutic work.
I work with children, teens, and adults, supporting individuals who are navigating a wide range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, emotional regulation, trauma related experiences, and life transitions. I recognize that each person’s experiences are unique, and I take care to meet clients where they are, both emotionally and developmentally.
My approach to counselling is collaborative and client centred, with a focus on creating a safe, respectful, and supportive space. Together, we work to better understand challenges, develop coping strategies, and build skills that support resilience and positive change at a pace that feels manageable.
I am committed to walking alongside clients as they work toward greater clarity, confidence, and wellbeing. I look forward to supporting you in your counselling journey.
