I have always been deeply passionate about fitness and health, stemming from my early involvement in competitive sports. My journey led me to fall in love with weight training, which not only transformed my own body but also ignited a decade-long career in personal training. Over the years, facing numerous injuries while training for strongman competitions, I became increasingly focused on the recovery aspect of fitness. This shift in focus awakened a desire to employ manual techniques to enhance assessment and recovery processes. Motivated by this, I pursued and completed my certification as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). Today, my primary goal is to empower my clients to lead active, pain-free lives. I am dedicated to applying my deep understanding of physical fitness and recovery techniques to help each client achieve their personal health goals.
