Hi, I’m Brandon Paterson. I care deeply about helping people navigate life's complexities, find meaning, and live in the truth of their experience. I believe therapy should be a space for radical honesty. A place where you can show up exactly as you are.
Grounded in a person-centered lens, I prioritize the therapeutic relationship above all else. Without genuine connection and safety, I believe the most meaningful work cannot take place. My practice is integrative, I draw from Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic, Mindfulness-based, and Solution-Focused approaches. I tailor every session to your specific pace and needs. I have several years of experience in the mental health field and substance recovery setting.

We will look at the patterns, relationships, and past experiences that continue to shape how you think, feel, and move through your life today. While gaining insight is vital, I also believe therapy is about movement, taking what we understand and turning it into clear, grounded steps forward.
