Breanna is a non-diet and weight-inclusive registered dietitian supporting those struggling with their relationship with food and their bodies. Breanna aims to meet her clients where they are with curiosity and compassion.
Breanna has been incredibly fortunate to walk alongside those struggling in their relationships with food and to witness the strength and courage it takes to pursue recovery and healing. Breanna has years of experience supporting clients across residential, outpatient programming and outpatient levels of care. She strives to help her clients heal with a compassionate, curious and personalized approach that honours and prioritizes her client's lived experience. Breanna practices with a weight-neutral and Health At Every Size aligned philosophy.
