She brings knowledge from working in various settings such as residential treatment and correctional facilities, school boards, and both inpatient, and outpatient clinical settings. The goal of BreAnne’s practice is to provide a safe, and supportive environment, creating space for you to process your thoughts and emotions. She works alongside clients to create a life infused with authenticity and joy.
One of the ways BreAnne works with you is developing a toolbox of skills. These skills help deal with negative thoughts, emotion regulation and effective communication. Utilizing these tools will create meaningful and lasting changes for you. BreAnne tailors each session to your needs, she draws on various modalities such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
BreAnne specializes treating emotion dysregulation, excessive anger, anxious thoughts, and substance use. She has specific experience supporting clients through parent/child conflict, marital and relationship discord and family transitions.
