Brent offers VIRTUAL & IN-PERSON SESSIONS.
Brent has over twenty-five years of experience providing mental health services to children, youth, adults, and families. Brent completed his Master's in Social Work and is a registered member in good standing with the OCSSWSW.
His clinical interests are anxiety, depression, stress management, and trauma for adolescents, youths and adults. In addition, Brent works with people seeking therapy to address issues such as:
-self-acceptance,
-self-care,
-boundaries, assertiveness,
-and people interested in attending therapy and counselling to understand themselves better.
Brent was an Outreach Crisis Worker for fifteen years and a clinical therapist in an outpatient mental health clinic for more than ten years.
Brent has experience working with criminally-involved youths. He has significant experience providing treatment to minors who were involved in sexually offending behaviours or engaged in fire-setting behaviours.
As a seasoned therapist, Brent creates a supportive space to discuss worries and concerns where you feel heard, understood, and not judged. He approaches each therapy session with a warm and empathetic attitude and focuses on identifying his client's goals, strengths and resilience.

EXTENDED Walk-and-Talk-Therapy (75') RSW
