About Brian
You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that aren’t working, emotionally drained, or
unsure of your next steps. I work with pre-teens, adolescents and adults navigating anxiety,
depression, identity questions, life transitions, and the impacts of trauma. I also support
neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism.
Many challenges develop in response to chronic stress, past experiences, or environments that
haven’t felt supportive. Sometimes, it is simply a matter of developing the skills needed to cope
effectively. Therapy can be a space to slow down, better understand your nervous system, and
build practical tools for emotional regulation and social connection.
My approach is trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and grounded in unconditional
positive regard. Drawing from CBT, DBT-informed strategies, mindfulness, and narrative
therapy, I adapt my work to your unique needs. I aim to create a safe space where you can build
self-compassion, resilience and confidence.
If you’re looking for a place where you can feel understood, supported and empowered, therapy
can be a meaningful starting point. Together, we can focus on strengthening emotional
regulation, deepening connection with yourself and others, and creating practical change in
everyday life. Schedule an appointment to begin a therapy process that is collaborative,
personalized, and honors how your brain and nervous system work.
