She has been massaging in the Westshore area since 2010, after completing the Registered Massage Therapy program in Victoria. Since then, she has been gaining experience and knowledge in both a clinic and spa setting. She had the pleasure of working at one of Victoria’s top spas where she gained valuable skills in her practice. Brittany customizes her massages to address her clients specific needs and goals. She treats each client according to how their body responds most comfortably to the depth of pressure, and techniques used. She uses a combination of Swedish and deep tissue techniques to create a therapeutic and relaxing experience. Whether addressing specific injuries, chronic pain, or work related muscle tension, she restores balance and overall wellbeing in a safe, effective manner. Brittany strongly believes that relaxation for the body and mind plays a crucial part in decreasing the sympathetic nervous system to start the healing process.
