Brooke attended the West Coast College of Massage Therapy, in her native city of Victoria B.C, graduating from the 3000 hour program in summer 2005. Massage uses a hands on approach to care for the body and mind, as well as aid in the healing process. Brooke uses a variety of Massage Techniques including Swedish and deep tissue massage for both therapeutic and relaxing effects. She combines massage with appropriate remedial exercise for a proactive approach to health care. Her objective is to help patients regain a sense of health and wellness.
