Brooke Zwiebel is an experienced registered psychotherapist (qualifying). She guide clients through understanding how their unique emotions, relationships and life circumstances are all interconnected - and then how to take all of that and create lasting change. She believes therapeutic change is an incredibly personal and individualized process and will work with you to craft a unique therapeutic journey that will maximize your wellbeing and help you reach your goals. Brooke is passionate about working with clients struggling with difficult life transitions, relationship concerns, body image, depression and anxiety.
Brooke integrates acceptance commitment therapy (ACT), relational, narrative and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) approaches into the therapeutic space. She guides clients through understanding how their unique emotions, past and present relationships, and life circumstances are all interconnected - and then how to take all of that and create lasting change rooted in her clients’ values.
Brooke holds a master’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University Toronto, and is a qualifying member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. When she is not working, Brooke can be found experimenting with new recipes, watching a movie with a cat on her lap, or hiking in the great outdoors.
