This treatment integrates Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) with Swedish massage to promote digestion, reduce bloating, and ease feelings of heaviness. Gentle, rhythmic techniques enhance lymphatic flow and encourage relaxation.

Massage therapy treatment for any stage after Caesarian delivery (c-section) with a focus on scar tissue mobilization.

Treatment for anytime postpartum. Appointment includes assessment and treatment using lymph drainage, myofascial release, scar tissue mobilization, remedial exercise, and/or breast treatment.
