About Caitlin
Their own words“Enjoy your body. Use it every way you can. Don’t be afraid of it, or what other people think of it. It’s the greatest instrument you’ll ever own.”
Hi friends! My name is Caitlin. I have been practicing as an RMT for 16 years and have been grateful for every single day of it! I was also blessed with opportunity to teach the massage therapy program at an accredited school in Ontario for 10 years. I have worked in clinics, spas,on sports teams, in palliative care facilities, in pre and postnatal clinics, and have visited clients in their homes. That’s the beauty of this career, healing through touch can be done anywhere. I am so excited to hold space for you, however that may look. Together, we will find the right therapeutic approach that both your mind and body may need. Our brains play such a big part in our health, and we tend to forget that. I hold the highest respect for energies and mother nature. Healing is truly a unique somatic experience for each and every one of us. Allow me to help you with yours.
Breath Work - The Introductory ExperienceNew patient
“Breathwork – The Introductory Experience (75 minutes) - $95

This will help establish a shared understanding of what breathwork is and what you can expect from your session. I will then invite you to set your intention, open your heart, and open your mind. The benefits of breathwork can range from releasing stress and anxiety, removing negative energies and thoughts, resetting the vibrations of your nervous system, empowering clarity, removing mental blocks, and reconnecting with yourself.”Kids Massage (4-9 yrs)

“A first-time massage therapy session for a new client begins with an up to 15 minute thorough health assessment. The therapist will ask about your medical history, any current or past injuries, specific areas of tension, and any health conditions (such as chronic pain, stress, or mobility issues). They may also inquire about your lifestyle, activity level, and preferences for pressure or technique. After the assessment, the therapist will discuss your goals for the session, whether it’s relaxation, pain relief, or improving flexibility. The massage will be customized to your needs, using techniques like Swedish to address tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. After the session, the therapist may provide suggestions for self-care or recommend follow-up appointments to ensure long-term benefits.”Registered Massage Therapy + Breathwork
