AjouterCaitlin graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2020 and is passionate about treating both acute injuries and chronic pain.
Caitlin understands the impacts of stress and the emotional burden that pain and physical dysfunction can place on a person’s day to day life. She aims to treat people from a compassionate and holistic perspective, and can treat from a very light touch to deep tissue, depending on individual needs and preferences.
Her therapeutic approach includes general Swedish, deep tissue massage, myofascial triggerpoint release, gua sha and cupping therapy.

For RETURNING clients. This is a 45-minute follow-up massage therapy appointment. The length of your appointment is based on time scheduled with the therapist and includes assessment and/or home care instructions in addition to treatment time on the table. The 45 minute option is for shorter, focused treatments.

For RETURNING clients. This is a 60-minute follow-up massage therapy appointment. The length of your appointment is based on time scheduled with the therapist and includes assessment and/or home care instructions in addition to treatment time on the table. The 60 minute option may not be sufficient for full body approaches but is sufficient for most treatments.
