Calista graduated from First College in Kelowna in December 2022. Calista has a passion for an active lifestyle. She was in competitive jump rope along with competitive fastball for many years. Outside of sports she enjoys hiking and anything that involves being outdoors. It was through athletics and undergoing sports related injuries where Calista developed her passion for the benefits of therapeutic massage. Some of her treatment styles include Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, joint mobilizations and a relaxation focused treatment.
